I want to go to Jerusalem to take a year's Master's course in Jewish History or Theology of Judaism at a reputable Messianic university or seminary. Where's a good place to start looking for information and search for pictures?

If you know universities in other parts of Israel that might offer what I'm looking for I may want to look at that too.

Thanks!

You should start with the Hebrew University, Jerusalem:

www.huji.ac.il

It is one of the biggest in Israel, if not THE biggest, and I'm sure they have something for you.

other universities in Israel:

Tel-aviv uni: www.tau.ac.il

Bar Ilan uni. near tel-aviv deals a lot with Jewish issues.

There are also Beer-sheva uni, in the south, Haifa uni...

as for risking your life - it's not true, it's only on the front pages which makes people think it's dangerous. if car accidents in Belgum would be on front pages of world newspapers people wouldn't have gone to Belgum out of fear...
the statistic support that - It's as safe as anywhere else.

You might be getting Risky with you life going there, for 762,000 responses just by entering "university or seminary in jerusalem" at www.google.com = I might suggest using some words of topic, adjust as need be to narrow down the number of pages to research from at www.google.com! It has helped me out with legal issues related with former job!!! Just add, subtract or re-word your inquiry for information and it should help you find the answer you need!

Good Luck!
