It's been like 4 days now, since I've pierced it and it's not swollen and it doesn't hurt. I wanna switch to a loop, but I'm not sure if I it will close or something!

if it's not swollen and doesn't hurt, go ahead and change it. do it somewhat quickly though, as it will start to close up within about 30 minutes......i pierced my own lip, and my daughter's lip, and we switched to hoops in about a week or so w/o any problems. as long as you keep your hands clean, and use sterile jewelry. hope this was helpful.

if you want to change the lip piercing, then wait for at least 3 weeks to a month.

Some shops will change it for you for free. Call who ever did the piercing and ask their advice and policy.

4 days is way to soon to change it. I would at least wait a month I changed mine after a month with no problems.

Didn't you get an instruction pamphlet to take home? Read that!
