My short answer.. vet asap.

Long answer:

Swollen genital area in female iguana could be many things.. Is she spayed? If not, she coud be egg bound, constipated, or an infection. Remember reptiles only have one opening for both elimination & breeding. Soak her in warm water and see if she goes to the bathroom. If she does, is it normal? Bloody? Any pus? What are you feeding her?

The face.. well, it could be mouth rot or low blood calcium causing deformation of the jaw.

Remember, always keep the cage clean... Feed the right foods... Supplement the diet with vitamins... Exposure to natural sunlight or full spectrum artificial lighting.. and PROPER vet care... those are the way to happy and helps reptiles.

That could be one of many problems, such as prolapsed uterus, an infection, or an injury.

Her mouth problem could be mouth rot, or a rubbing injury - do you keep her in a small cage, like anything less than 6 feet x 3 feet x 3 feet? If so, she may be rubbing her mouth against the wall of the cage.
It could be an eating injury, and infection, anything.

Please see a vet that has experience with iguanas as soon as possible.
