The order of the signs depends on what you are saying. There are several sentence structures, just like English has several sentence structures. You need to make sure that the signs are in the right order, that your facial grammar is correct, along with any other non-manuals that are required for the sentence to make sense.

in sign language, you don't sign every word. say you wanted to ask what time it is, you just sign "time". a friend of mine signs and she told me that.
