I only caught a fleeting glimpse of that scene but I may have been Clifton Park. The style of houses visible struck me as those rows off of Harford Rd right where the park would be.

I'll have to check it out again to verify.

It was the show is shot (no pun intend) in Baltimore

Since the show is based in "Balimore", that probably WAS the golf course, yo....
