DON'T DO IT. Are you frickin crazy? That'll be the end of you. She'll start putting her clothes in your drawers, her toothbrush in your bathroom, her tampons in your cabinets. You better really think this over buddy.

Honestly, you don't have to do anything, but a nice touch would be to take her somewhere she loves [take her somewhere secluded at night for a picnic under the stars maybe] or get her something small that she would love [such as flowers maybe].
Chances are you don't need to do any of the above; she'll appreciate and adore you for simply holding her face in your hands and looking her in the eyes as you tell her you love her. Make her feel beautiful, show her that she is, and let her know that she's the only one for you.

It depends. Is it snowing where you live? If so, I would say a picnic is a bad idea. But if not, I would do it at a private picnic with wine and all that jazz. If there is snow there, I would take her on a sleigh ride with a big blanket and then tell her there. That is what I would want.
