About 10 years ago he was in a freak accident and had a cast on his left arm I believe up to his elbow. I think he still has problems with that arm, and arthritis has set in so he plays the keyboard. I saw him play a week ago. Great show! But you've got to know what you're getting yourself into before you go.

I saw Dylan in concert 10 years ago and I thought that he had some circulation problems in his hands because after every song he played on Keyboards he would shake his hands for a while as if to get circulation in them..thats my Observation; his voice was also so raspy I was wondering what a toll smoking and partying and his life on the road had taken on him during the 60's and 70's and 80's and 90's and 2000's... His Guitar was like a Sculpture on stage, a monolith to a bygone era...it just sat there on a Guitar stand out in front for people to see....

He is getting old, maybe he has arthritis and can't pluck the strings to the guitar anymore.
