Sure you can continue but wether you can get a job after graduation is a different story. Ask your tutors i would suggest.

Im sure you would as long you declare it and depends on how serious the charge was, things are not always black and white. A police check will be carried out if your going on placement but its always good to be up front and honest when you fill out your criminal decrlaration form. A caution will be discussed with you.

In the UK anyone who will be working with children or vulnerable adults will have to have a CBR check, if there a volent crime turns up you will be prevented from working with these groups. You maybe able to continue your degree, but what jobs you will be able to apply for will be limited.
