Let it dry. It's amazing how some electronics will replenish themselves with air time and patience. I once dropped a game boy in the toilet (A clean empty one thank you). Don't ask how that happened. lol. It dried out in a couple days and worked perfectly normal. The same thing has happened with a cd-player left inside of a leaky car trunk in the rain. It worked fine after a couple weeks.

Believe it or not, water doesn't necessarily destroy electronic devices. If you allow it a few days to dry completely, it just might work again. My wife has put her cellphone through the wash twice, and the thing still works.

you could try opening up the back, removing the batteries and then leaving it in a warm dry place for a few days in the hope that it might dry out.
unfortunately i think it might be dead, and pressing the reset button isnt gonna bring this one back to life, sorry.
Maybe she could ask Santa for a new one

i don't think u can fix a wet one; even if u could get it to work again, it might not work all the time. better to just buy her a new one
