Most likely Irreconcilable Differences.
It's the "catch-all" legal term when specifying grounds for divorce. Basically, the couple in question (in this case Britney and Kevin)wants to split because there are one or more aspects of the relationship that is causing problems within the marriage and they cannot be fixed, changed, or resolve no matter how much time and counseling is taken. The couple does not have to really specify what those differences are, they just have to say there are problems in the marriage that cannot be fixed, and leave it at that.
No one knows for sure what grounds are listed until a copy of the divorce paper work is release to the public, but other grounds could be Adultery (one or both had a sexual affair), Abuse (one or both have an established record of harming the other), or Fraud (one or both entered into the marriage under false pretenses) depending on what they actually did.

I believe she claimed irreconcilable differences as the reason in her petition to file a divorce from fed-ex. Smart move on her part.

She cited irreconcilable differences. She also asked for full custody of their two sons; sean preston, and jayden james. Kevin filed his own paper recently also asking for full custody of the two boys; presumabley so that he would legally be entitled to child support!
