An Injunction of Protection is for women or men that are being abused and/or stalked. You can file an eviction against him. Contact the court house in your county and ask what you need to do to start the eviction process.

If you own the house, or you are leasing it, without him on the lease, go to the clerks office at the court house and file for an eviction, that would resolve your problem a lot quicker than an injunction would.

Is there any reason why you shouldn't simply request the gas and electricity boards to transfer the accounts to his name? Then he'd have to pay or have them cut off.
