Nothing. Social security only pays survivors benefits to children and spouses..that means he has to die and he hasn't.

Ah, yes, the beauty of the Social Security system.
If we had privatized accounts, he could do something to help your daughter. However, because the Democrats get way too much political power by having the government run our Social Security accounts 100%, you and your daughter get nothing.
They count on the majority of people dying before they can collect what they've put in. If you had a private account, you could leave it to your children or whomever you wished. Unfortunately, the government is the beneficiary of untimely deaths in this case.
Vote Republican, and you'll be in better shape.

LOOOL uu do comprehend the thoughts on the Steve Wilkos/Jerry Springer shows are about as actual as Janice Dickinson's boobs top? despite the indisputable fact that, as sickening because it sounds, incest is amazingly worry-free esp among relations who havent considered one yet another because they were childrens, and strengthen an unusual sexual attraction to the guy (Psychologists have a acceptance for this, cant remmemeber what its referred to as). it truly is what occurred with the daddy and daughter in actual existence, his daughter is searching ahead to his baby. it really is disgusting, yet we cant choose because we dont recognize how we would react of their project :/

Unlike one of your answerers i would try to be a little more compassionate, if you are working she shold still be able to qualify for assistance from the sate you live in. Regardless, she is capable of working as you did not say anything about a disability.

I am afraid there isn't a whole lot that can be done. You can contact SSI and see if they offer benefits in this situation, though I highly doubt it and I haven't heard of such a thing.
Sorry for your daughter's loss. She loses all the way around here.
Good Luck and Take Care

Stop looking for handouts and get a second (or first) job. Also, she is 16, put her butt to work. Why do people always want free money. Work for it, for God Sakes! As for his SS benefits, they should go to hell with him.
