I am starting to sell lots of clothing products and I need these boxes so it's easier for me & the people who will be ordering.

its a drop down menu, but whats the exact name and how can i get it to function correctly for people to choose sizes/colors when ordering??

The drop-down box you are talking about is part of a form and is called a selection box.
Word of warning, this is not a simple process. Get an experienced web designer to help you with this. It will also involve some server-side scripting in PHP or perl.

I think it is a drop down menu. this will allow you to type in html to links of pages or change the stlyes of clothing on the item. When changing the colors of the item it would come up on a new page though.

Combo Box
This allows multiple items to be prewritten in the fields and selected from the list.

it is called exactly that, a drop down box and you create them through HTML/XML. X
