My pellet stove does not seem to be heating my basement efficiently?

My stove is rated to 1500 sf and my basements overall size is 1500 sf. It has a 3 or 3.5" exhaust and a 2" fresh air intake. These were the ducts sold to me with the unit. The stove just does not feel like it gets that hot. I have checked the exhaust and intake lines to ensure they are clear too. Any ideas?

You need to make sure your exhaust is up high enough. It needs to get draw and not a down draft that would come from having it lower than your roof. They only burn in a little area inside your stove. There is furnace brick and metal that has to be heated too.
