While there is an optimal time for your body to receive sperm, it is possible to become pregnant at any time depending on your body. I got pregnant while on my period once.

Each women is different and while the experts say that you are most likely to become pregnant 10 to 14 days after the "first" day of your period, it could be a lot sooner or over the 14 day period.
There are cases where women have become pregnant during their periods.
Each woman ovulates at a different time. If you really know your body, what most women experience during ovulatio is a vaginal discharge. This however does not apply to everybody. Some women have cramping.
If you want to prevent pregnancy, use protection, however, to become it, you need to know your cycle and your body. Keep on trying and if nothing works, there are many, many different options that you can look at.

Usually the egg is released 14 days after the day you start your period. I do know that not everyone is always on schedule and you can release an egg at anytime. Women have gotten pregnant while having sex during their periods, too. There honestly isn't a safe time! This coming from a woman who got pregnant 2 weeks after graduation! Good luck!

Yes--that is actually when you begin to become most fertile...days 12-15 after the first day of your period is when ovulation occurs, and remember that sperm can live in a woman's body for 48-72 hours.

It is possible. If you ovulate the week after your period then yes you can. Every woman is different and ovulates at different times. Call Planned Parenthood or someother non profit clinic for the most accurate information. They are confidential and will provide this information free of charge.

I would say it is possible, but it entirely depends upon when you ovulate. Some women have shorter cycles which means they ovulate sooner in the cycle.
You can find out when you ovulate by charting your basal body temps. Lots of websites out there that can help you with that.
