Your name says it all. It stays the same size as when you reached sexual maturity - late teens. Gravity might pull that and the scrotum down in time but it isn't really longer.

Penis only grows in the course of the sexual development during the puberty (14-18 years). On the contrary, during the old age it even can shrink as like as others organs!
For many guys penis is so short that the gayness becomes the only better choice!

The penis does grow up until the end of puberty. Penis enlargement is possible through other means such as exercises.
