As we saw with gamecube, it failed miserably due to most of their games being aimed at children 8 yrs and younger. Has nintendo finally smartened up or are they still catering to this ridiculous age group?

Well for awhile Nintendo was a "kids consol". But Nintendo is starting to market it as a "family consol". Not only does it pack some kids titles, but the middle and older generations will like it too. The titles that are slated to be released are aimed at 18-25 year olds. This is not their core market, but they trying to move into it with the mature releases such as call of duty3 and Resident Evil, due out later of next year.

*yawn* purely the kiddy argument? The Xbox truly beat the GameCube (and the GC nevertheless has a 12 months left, properly no longer a 12 months anymore, even though it became alive longer than the Xbox). Does that advise the Xbox is kiddy too? reason they have quite somewhat a similar quantity of persons finding out to purchase it? and that i do not even pick to initiate on how insecure try to be to imagine that Nintendo purely makes kiddy video games, very last time I checked, E meant everyone, and the purely Early formative years sport on the GC became also on the PS2.

Well the Wii appears to be aimed at the less than hard core gamers wich could be young or old but still its a good deal in many respects when you compare it to the ps3 price tag and the amount of titles available at launch.

It is geared at children, although adolescents and adults are pictured using it. A Playstation 2 or greater is for EVERYONE. I recommend purchasing it over the Nintendo system. It is more versatile.

Stop wasting your time with games and learn to play guitars. Most girls would rather watch a guy play guitar, not a video game.

they are still catering to a ridculus age group because they have so much money that it doesnt matter if it sells or not they will still have money along with their grandchildren and their grat grand childeren so they just will never learn from their mistakes and will keep on repeating it becaue they are not paying for their mistakes!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
