In order to get around an ISP's filters you have to get your traffic past it in a way that they don't realize what the traffic is (encryption). One good service that I've used to get legal torrents (because my ISP blocks ALL torrents) is secure tunnel. You have to pay a little bit for the service but it creates a secure connection between you and their server which bypasses your ISP's filters. You can then set up your web browser to use the secure tunnel connection. It slows down your internet traffic because it now has to jump through more hoops but, if the porn is that important to you...
BTW, isn't qualitynet an Arabic-owned company? I thought porn was illegal in the Muslim world.
