Scarface without a doubt. My favorite movie ever. I loved him in the Devil's Advocate as well but I despise Keanu Reeves so I try not to think about that movie to much.

Many people forget about this movie. He is in the mob and he plays the character "Lefty", who sticks his neck out for an guy (Johnny Depp) that turns out to be an undercover agent for the FBI.
