because they are smart the saw what happened when we stated we are going after saddam for nukes. the rest of the radical leadership around the world got closser and are banding together. See Russia and Iran. They cant come out and say our true objectives because the Irans and North Koreas of the world will see they are in our cross hairs. They keep hinting at the fact it is just civil war so the world believes it but cant say that to avoid upsetting the american people. The military and govt our walking a tight rope to avoid the rest of our enemies to advance faster than they are now and keeping the american people at bay as much as possible until our true reason can be revealed.
