Well, that is the ultimate goal of a true libertarian.
I think not.
Laws were created in part to define the culture and provide an environment wherein the humans can work together even though they have their own, sometimes contradictory objections.
Laws are often created to help the society flourish, and are a compromise between absolute freedom and a workable social structure.
Namaste.

No, because as Janis Joplin sang "Freedom's just another word for nothing left to lose". When everything is legal then all the rights of people will overlap and be defined by each individual. If I'm free and it's legal to murder - I won't worry about the rights of others. They can agree and give me all the rights I demand - or they can die. So see I did at least give them the freedom of that choice.

You might be a libertarian. No, not everything should be legal but I think we are far to regulated by the federal government. Some things you just have to ask yourself - does this in anyway hurt me or impinge on my rights? Like gay marriage for instance. Does it really make any difference to any of us on a personal level? Yet so much time and money is spent on the issue.
It is time to reduce the size of governement and it's reach into our lives.

What you are describing is a philosphy known as anarchy. Think about how you would feel if anyone could do anything without punishment. No rules, so the strongest can steal from the weak, women can be raped if they can't fight back, your mother can be murdered without consequence if someone doesn't like her makeup.

not all things.. just some.
i'm unsure.. since we've lived in a society of where things are made illegal (don't understand to what reasoning in some cases) and have been since i was born... i wouldn't know.. i couldn't assume.
i could assume but that would make me a fool to guess outright without seeing the results with my own eyes.

Because unless you want murder or rape running rampant, then no.
