Inform them that you have sent the payment. Next, take that little stub (receipt thing) that you got with your money order and call up the financial agency. Ask them if that money order was cashed or not. If it was, you know the eBay seller received your money and is trying to cheat you! Otherwise, simply tell the seller to be patient and to wait. International mail takes time.
If eBay intervenes on this issue, make sure you have all your documentation handy. Preferably a scanned copy of that money order receipt so you can prove to the eBay investigator that you DID pay for the item, and that the seller is not being patient enough.

The seller was wrong to open an unpaid item dispute without contacting you first. Do you have the receipt for the money order (always save it)? This should serve as proof that you did indeed send one. You can put a stop on it with the bank and send a new one, this time by registered mail, or return receipt requested.

try explaining this to the seller and if it doesn't work, to the authority or the staffs at ebay. there are alot of reasons why your payment hasn't reached. or maybe it did but the seller is a scam? there is a little chance that your mail would get lost or stolen on the way as mail deliveries are quite reliable. maybe your mail got delayed and i think you should wait a while longer as 3 days seem too short to decide the whereabouts of your mail.

Did you send the money order via certified mail?
Not a whole lot that you can do about it now if they didn't get the money order. Maybe check the company's feedback on ebay and see if they have tried to do the same thing to other people before. If there's a pattern then you should alert ebay that this company may not be up to snuff.

Did you use the check out and tell the seller how you were paying? If you had no contact with the seller as to how you are paying, or didnt answer emails, they will file an upaid item dispute.
Tell them you sent it out and it should be on its way. Going overseas is going to take at least 2-3 weeks for them to recieve it, I will not buy overseas on ebay. Too much headache

Just tell them what you wrote in this question and the mail is probably just slow because of the thanksgiving weekend! Tell them they should receive it soon and that your sorry for the inconvenience caused, although for future reference, i always find paying by paypal to be the fastest, safest way to pay! It will be grand, just as long as they know they will receive their payment, they should be OK about it!! Hope that helps =)

Only use PayPal with ebay and then they will handle this sort of dispute. They may anyway. You could try contacting them.
