I have my own fashion and it works, I put Little of what's in style today with my own flair and I always get great complements on my choice in clothes. my motto is DARE TO BE DIFFERENT!!!!!

I've never tried hard to keep up, mostly because I don't like the styles and lack of money for them. Fashion repeats itself, so keep your clothes and in 5-10 years they'll be all the rage.

You don't necessarily have to "keep up", the smarter way to go about looking stylish is to buy a lot of classic pieces that will always be in style, so you have to buy fewer wardrobe "staples" which give you more money for accessories and outfit enhancers, which will help you maintain a sense of style on a budget. I asked that question about twenty years ago and gave up and now, with everything going in circles, I think me and my wardrobe are fashionable once again! So be patient ... fashion always looks back on itself .... in a few years' time you will be the height of COOL!

Sadly i was never in fashion as soon as as i saved enough money up and i brought what i thought was in fashion i was always told it was a bit dated so i just wore what i thought was smart comfortable and what i liked. Dont follow the crowd be yourself.

the best way to be in fasion, is to be out of fashion.
What goes around comes around- so you will be ahead of the game. Wear cool vintage stff- that will never go out of fashion!

I have never been in fashion.
I am on a low income so have to buy my clothes from charity shops.
As long as my clothes are clean and not too worn, I'm happy.

fashion ! huh! thats for the foolish/copycats/spendin on cards they cant afford to think they look good. wear what you feel comfy in and can afford, no-one thinks any the less o me wen i wear me rags, and if they did i wouldn't wanna know them
