Of course the birmingham 6 were guilty,
Years later, with the changing tide of politics and public feeling towards the left,
the govt allowed "technicalities" to be introduced to the case that ultimately lead to their freedom.
So lets not be naive...they are guilty.

By trying the case in the tabloids from the moment they were arrested until they actually stood trial, which made it impossible for the legal system to find a jury that hadn't already been influenced by the "evidence"

The same way that they influence nearly everything else. With banner headlines screaming "GUILTY" and thats before the trial has even started.

They was guilty plain and simple!!!!! so who cares about the press or anyone else! they should have been hung!
