I can think of any with just girls. It would probably be hard to get girls that age to act as boys.

When I was younger, I "directed" a play performed by 8 to 12 year old's - they chose one of the American Girl plays. They're short, clean, and display some good values. The girls had a blast and the neighborhood audience loved it.

as someone else said, Little Women, I used to act it out with my friends. great book! the play on Broadway is good too.

if you mean theatre - you won't beat Mary Poppins or the Sound of Music - both excellent especially for young girls.
Not sure if you mean that or craft work sort of thing, if so, try beading with them...
