Sadly, no, From the time they are born, lion cubs are unable to pee. They do have enormous bladders, about the size of a Volkswagen, and usually about the time they reach the age of 7 or 12, they literally explode, spraying miscellaneous lion parts as well as lion pee ( by this time fermented and smelling like God knows what) over a radius of about thirty five feet.
This is the origin of the Nigerian saying "Run like the wind from a fat lion, or get ready for a pee shower."
