Put your Windows CD (or recovery disk) into your computer and boot it up. It should automatically start the Windows install. After you have done the F8 to agree to the license, you will be given an option to format and partition your hard drive if you want before it reinstalls Windows. Once you have made your choice, simple let the install complete.

If you have a recovery disk, place it in a drive start it and follow the directions. If you have a Windows disk, I suggest that you wipe the drive before you start. If you don't understand either of my suggestions, hire someone to do it for you.
