The question IS clear - it means that it hardens enough to stay by itself in an hour, but will take 24 hours before it's at full strength. Basically, keep it clamped for at least an hour, and then take it easy for 24. It might just be a good idea, if you can, to let the bike sit for 24 hours to be sure it's good and dry.

Actually, it dries in an hour, and cures in 24....

Are you installing a tank protector?? All it really means is that if you want, you can come back and look at the bike in an hour and the thing will still be on. But if you go riding it and doing 100mph down the freeway, it will most likely fall off or at least move somewhat....

BTW, youre beautiful. Wish you lived out here by me. I could use a cute friend who rides motorcycles!

It's probably the other way around. It dries to touch in an hour, but it takes 24 to cure to full strength.

im re***y not sure about the curing part but i would guess that it means it has fully attached the two pieces. to be on the safe side wait 24 hours before tampering or using the piece. hope this has been helpful

cure means that the adhesive forms a skin on the outside, but it might not be able to hold the part firmly. Dry means just that, dry all the way thru and the part is set.

it means that is how it will look after it's finished drying, it will be stuck but don't test it for 24 hours. in other words don't expect it to work, or stay in place, if you ride before it's dry

I believe it means to harden on its own and, or, harden with the surface, then dry.
