Try the drug Citalopram. It is a anti depressant used for mood disorders. It is also used for premature ejaculation unannounced to me. I was taking it because I am a bit off a hot head but, anyway. I had to get off of it because I do not have premature ejaculation problems and it was causing me not to ejaculate. I could have sex for an hour or two and still nothing it got to the point where I would have sex until I was exhausted or until my wife told me to get the hell of off her..lol with no success.. I just couldn't get off. It sounds like this medicine would be perfect for you your hyper sensitive so it would probably give you about 20-30 mins tops before you reached ejaculation. Ask your doc and give it a shot. I could have used this stuff a couple of times when I was single..lol Good Luck hope this helped

one thing is to try and occupy your mind a little. think about sports or something. dont think too hard because then you wont be hard....if you know what i mean. it might take away from the pleasure a little but that way she can have some fun and then you can do your thing once she gives you the ok. just tell her that your going to try and let her go first and that you would like for her to tell you when she is done (incase you cant tell yourself). also, try playing with her clit with the tip of your penis, she likes the contact with your penis and it shouldnt get you off....everybody wins.
