I'm no expert, but I do know that hormonal changes can cause things like breast tenderness. As for lumps, that's an issue for a doctor, love, so get going. Sitting at home fretting won't achieve much!
Go to the doctor.

She's 15. Her breasts are probably still growing. And in the process of growing, they will be sore. I used to be concerned about finding bumps in my breasts all the time, but there's a difference between bumps and lumps. We have natural bumps in our breasts. If it's a hard lump that really stands out, then I would be concerned.

well she is 15 and my mom started taking me to a womans dr. as soon as i started my period at 14 to start on my yearly exams i wasnt sexually active or anything but she took me so that if anything was to develop that shouldnt it would be found and i plan on doing the same with my girls when they are older. and i think its a good idea my sister had a cyst on her cervix at 16 and had the cyst removed luckliy it wasnt cancer. so i would advice doing so also cause they will check her and do a breast exam also. and this will help her when she is older cause i never miss my yearly exam be cause i know that they are very important.

Have them checked by the doctor. It's probably cysts, but the doctor needs to check and make sure.
