Go to Tools, click internet options. Delete cookies, delete files, clear history.

There is an easier way than clearing your history and cookies:

Hold your mouse over the address you want to remove. Hold down the [shift] key on your keyboard and press [delete]. Poof! Gone!

Repeat as needed.

Tip: The [delete] key is to the right of the [backspace] key - which is what you probably use to delete stuff. Hey... I didn't name them. *wink*

If you're not already, I highly recommend Firefox - http://getfirefox.com

in addition to deleting history and temporary internet files, if you are using MS Internet Explorer, go to Tools -> Internet Options -> Content -> AutoComplete, and there uncheck the box for Web addresses.

In internet Explorer, tools, Internet Options,
then clear all your cookies, internet files, and history.... if you have any saved passwords, those cookies will be deleted and you'll have to retype them in now. .... FYI.. just dont go to websites that you dont want the trail left behind. ;o)
