So what can i do! I get so sleepy and just worn out by the end of the day.
I have tried doing it in the day like after work and that works but not always in the mood right when i get home! I just don't know I just feel low on the energy and i feel like i'm not doing it as much as i would like..

I'd say one major issue for you is nutrition. Without a good intake of a lot of good food, you're always gonna feel like crap! Talk to a good nutritionist/naturopath, and they'll help you figure out exactly what it is you're lacking, and the best way to fix it up. Please trust me when I say the right foods and supplements can make an absolutely massive difference to energy levels, mood, libido, mental and physical health. Everything :)
And yes, exercise is brilliant too. Exercise in the morning (just walking is fine, as long as it's brisk walking) to get your metabolism started, and then eat a great breakfast, and you've got a good start to your day.

You need to start exercising! It will give you much more energy. Also make sure you aren't eating junk food all day long, that'll bring you down more than anything!
