well, how big is your tank?
Go to the petstore and see what kind of fish you like. Write a list, bring it home and research them before you buy (you don't want to end up with a fish that grows to 3 feet long, or a fish that will die without some special temperature or something).

You ONLY have plants, you say? When did you last have fish? If you haven't had fish for a while, you need to cycle your tank. Use Bio-Spira ONLY (http://fishstoretn.com/bio_spira.html). Other cycling products like Cycle don't work at all. if you don't cycle your tank, your fish will suffer from a build-up of ammonia.

:)

Some fish to consider:
betta: http://www.babb2000.org/bios/Aaron/images/aaron%20multi%20CT%20male.jpg
male dwarf gourami: http://www.biol.s.u-tokyo.ac.jp/users/naibunpi/Image/Gourami-photo-old.jpg
(only ONE of those)
and a school of smaller fish like:

That's if your tank is 10-20 gallons. If it's bigger or smaller, you'll need to change your stocking accordingly :)
www.fishforums.com is a big help, you should join, they will happily answer any questions :)

Also, not to be a pain, but proper spelling helps get your message across, I had a bit of a hard time understand what you were trying to ask.

you will find that if you finish your projects they will look awesome, finish your landscape and add colorful fish, but remember that you have to take in consideration what fish you have now, their temperament as well as the temperament of the new comers and also the ammount of surface area of your tank so you know how many fish you can have in your tank

Get colorful marbles and colorful deocorations to dress up your tank, make sure your fish will be able to swim freely, don't over do it. and have some lively looking fish, glo-fish are great. also large danios, they are middle swimmers, glo-fish are top swimmers, and neons and such are normally bottom swimmers.
