Like if January 1 2007 is Monday and so on...When (how many years) would the same pattern of January 1 starting on a monday happen again?

Between 6 years and 40 years! This is because there are 7 possible standard year calendars and 7 possible bissextile (leap) year calendars. Normally, a leap year occurs every 4 years, but in years ending in 00, only those divisible by 400 are leap years, so 2000 was, whereas 1800 and 1900 weren't.
