when going from desktop to web browser it comes in small screen, how do I make it load in full screen, please,

Open your browser in the manner that you are talking about.
Then resize the window to full screen.
Hold down the shift key (or maybe it was ctrl or alt, I can never remember) and then click the close button.
Now when you open the browser it should open to full screen (unless there is something in what you are using to open the browser that says it has to be opened at a specific size)

Click on view at the top of your browser, then text size make it as big or small as you would like! Good luck
