Einstein, because Newton cheated and used a time machine.
Einstein stuck his tounge out in pictures too. I never saw any paintings of Newton like that.

I would have to say Newton because his Laws of Physics still stand strong while many of Einstein's are slowly being disproved.

both were great men. i don't choose one over the other because i don't think there is a good way to qualitatively distinguish between them.
