Depents on the screen type you have. If you have an LCD screen I would recommend staying away from Windex and glass cleaners. For an LCD display you can find an anti-static spray at Office Depot and some Walmarts, use with a lint free cloth. For CRT displays (old monitors) its ok to use Windex or glass cleaners. I would recommend a glass cleaner over Windex because I've found Windex can leave a silicone type residue on a surface. Also never spray directly on a screen, its better to spray the cloth so as to not allow over spray mist into the vents of the monitor.

Yes, it does depend on what kind of screen that you have. If it's a regular tube monitor, windex will work. If it's an LCD screen, don't use ammonia or alcohol or paper towels. Use a micro fiber cloth.
I used http://www.pixelclean.com - also, when I purchased this I used promo code DD020. Those are both zeros and should get you 10% off.
Good luck.

Windex and a paper towel do it for me, but you could also use glass cleaner. It's more foamy and cleans better.
