My son had some write on a shirt with a Sharpie. I emailed the sharpie company and they said rubbing alcohol is the best thing to use to remove unwanted sharpie! Worked like a charm.

Time. It will take a long time. The ink has absorbed into the lower dermis of the skin. The only things that would remove it would cause more harm. I'm sure you're aware you should keep those out of your baby's reach from now on.

I have successfully removed permanent marker marks with aerosol hair spray. Not the pump kind; must be aerosol. Spray it, drench it, dab it out!
