Does playing tennis without bra cause pain in breast or make the breasts shag? I started playing tennis recently and wanted to know about it

i think you cannot play tennis without a bra it will cause pain in breast
when i am playing tennis i always have a really strong bra on to protect me from having pain

A great field, as always, but the blue clay for me, is just riveting LOL Nadal, like in most events, is the favorite. However he has stated several times that he is not a fan of the blue clay, so I kind of feel like that may benefit Djokovic. So I hesitantly picked Djokovic to win this event, which is risky, but I believe he will win. However Nadal will probably win the French Open, and that's really all that matters. I hope you are here to stay Mandy! Hopefully people like Anna and Adoro Rafa will follow your trend and return to the tennis section as well :P

you should wear a bra, just wear a sports bra instead of a normal bra for more comfort while playing.

Not good for the muscles and can cause stretch marks. Buy a good bra.

wear a sports bra cos that is what professionals wear.
