Yes! You can wear boots. But not Dr. Marten.
In China, lots of Chinese ladies wear DAMN long boots (up till knee-level). Wah...can tell you damn sexy!
Encourage to wear that. Provided you have to use what function you are going to.

you can but remember it shortens you and makes you look more bulky. but it's quite in this season.
