I assume you mean triacylglycerol. The exact answer depends on the nature of the acyl groups, but it will be glycerol and carboxylic acids.

XC(O)OCH2CH[OC(O)X]CH2OC(O)X + 3H2O = 3XCOOH + HOCH2CHOHCH2OH

If X = alkyl or alkenyl then you'll get fatty acids, as mentioned in a previous answer.

If you mean a triglycerol I think it would be 3 fatty acid molecules and a glycerol molecule.
