i'm a gal of 18 yrs, my figure is alright but my breast is a bit too big. this causes a lot of problem, i can't dress in the way i want. and am embarrased at moments too. can u plz u plz tell any way out! any exercize or any kind of tips? plz help!

i feel your pain i'm heavy up top so i usually wear a bra called a minimizer you can find them at wal-mart for at least $10 -15.

well, the key thing is to wear bras that are exactly your size that is really important as 80 % of ladies dont wear the correct size. Also when shopping, try to avoid buying double pockets tops and overly bright colours. Invest in low neck tops and slightly long coats for the winter and never forget the ultimate accesorie, always wear a smile and let your body language show that you're confident.

Do chest exercises to tone up your breast, you can find it in the internet. Wear the right bra for support, a full-cup is the best for you. And learn how to embrace yourself. Carry yourself with confidence no matter what size your breast is. Don't be too conscious about your breast. Other women have to go under the knife for breasts like yours. You are beautiful if you are confident.

Don't touch ur breast often that is while u r bathing or some other situations...If u frequently touch ur breast means it will become big.

the ONLY thing i can think of hun is an augmentation ... BUt maybe u can try some tyope of a bra that may make it appear a slight bit smalled .. maybe =0)

you should get a breast lift if your not comfortable with the size of your breasts.
