How long sholud I ignore this girl who's on my mind all the time since she doesn't take our friendship seriously.

A few days...maybe a week. If you ignore her longer, you may not have a friendship to go back to.

Don't seem eager, be polite and make off the cuff compliments about her clothes etc. while giving the impression that you don't need her approval. Ignoring her completely will not work, just don't look needy. And she only needs to think you're good looking for something to kick off. The hard part is the start, you will have to play it cool for a month, then if she responds well (smiles when she sees you, eyebrows raise the instant she sees you, crosses legs in your direction) make your move. Make sure you're both alone, and discussing something you both find interesting and agree on. Best if she's comfortable, i.e. had a shower, brushed her teeth and is dressed nice (you too!) Once you get the first kiss, then you can show her your sensitive side and let her get to know you properly. That worked for me anyway. NO NEEDY TALK UNTIL THE FIRST KISS!
If the above does not work, start with a real ugly girl, and work your way up the ladder building up your self confidence as a heart-breaker, until you find someone that doesn't make you gag. That also works.

I say stop ignoring her and just start finding another person to hang out with. If she doesnt take the relationship serious than she probably with you for a different reason

It is impossible to ignore something. It is only possible to think about something else and fill your time with other things. Do that. Do other things and talk to other girls. If she comes around to you, then you're set, if she doesnt, she wasnt worth it in the first place.

u shouldnt ignore her at all!!u should talk to her about ur problem if u acually have one with her instead of ignoring her i know i have ben down that road before and it brought me sumwhere i DID NOT wanna be!!
