The only question I wanna ask you is why are here bad people, who are having fun in making the others feel blue, or who hurt everybody just because they are in the bad mood.I wanna know why are here alcoholics which are destroying not only their lives but the other´s too. I am only 17, my life was tough but I know life is beautiful, and I know nobody will make me really happy but me. I am enjoying my life and I am thankful to God for every single day, but somehow, after this terrible afternoon when I had to run away from my own father...i somehow dont understand it. I wanna know the answer why isnt everybody enjoying his life, and why he is trying to destroy ours. Maybe I am not mature enough to find it out myself.Hey folks!Please be happy and still have smile upon your faces, even if you have problems.Everything is easier with smiles!and help the others!Nothing can be worst than being a bad person!Life is too short for being angry with somebody!

My heart goes out to you. People who are so miserable inside like to bring others down with them but don't let them!! We are all responsible for our own happiness and the people you describe don't want that responsiblity they think others should do it for them but they can't. And it makes them angry then and so they lash out. They are tormented inside but people like you and me usually aren't able to help them. Don't ever let them make you a victim. Sometimes you can't just leave but keep yourself above it any way you can. You sound very mature to me with a good head on your shoulders. You are going to be ok and in a yr you will have more control over your life. I'll be thinking about you!

If you are being threatened, abused or neglected by someone who should have the responsibility to care for you instead, talk to someone who can help you and who will understand. You don't need to be in a position where you have to feel threatened, sad or destroyed.
You sound like you really want to have it all together...hang on to that and don't let ANYONE take that from you.
Some people are simply products of their environment while others rise above it and make their lives exactly what you want for yourself and others...leave the destructive ones to their habits if that's what they want...sometimes you can't change someone who doesn't want or even know that they should change.
Design your life for who you are, want to be and wish to achieve then don't let anyone or anything stop you from getting there. It doesn't sound like you'll follow in your father's steps...I think you're going to make a terrific adult.
We can't answer the question why hon, some people were brought up in environments that simply brings them back to doing what they know, and perhaps not really what they want. Others see themselves as failures and thus everyone around them is also a failure or will become one. Some are just plain bitter and nasty because they think the world is crapping on them at every turn. They can't change this if they don't want to or they have no interest in working at change.
If you need help with this situation...speak with a Pastor, Doctor, trusted relative etc., and hold on to your beliefs, wishes and goals...you can succeed and your life can be better because you sound like a great person!

To answer the first question, the only reason why certian people hurt others is because they're unhappy with themselves. But you know who you are inside, and what you can do, so why does it really matter what the hell any one else thinks? If you ask me, the people who hurt you are the ones with the problem, not you. They just haven't found God and they don't want to face reality. Or maybe their just plain stupid..who knows, and more importantly, who really cares? it's their sorry life, but you can make something out of yours, because your right, life is absolutely beautiful and letting others get to you is only cheating yourself....because you know they're wrong.

You seem to have a good outlook on life, just hang in there and things will be ok. Keep hoping. Hope is like a wish and a prayer combined!
There are bad people because of bad circumstances in this life. The bad circumstances are caused by people who fear and are subsequently greedy. (Kind of a quick generic answer, but this is a tough forum to handle that question!)
