How many of you have had implantation bleeding ? Do you get it every time ? Yesterday my period was due, and all i got was some pinkish spotting... i was wondering if it could be it

It very well could be implantation bleeding but there could be other factors that are contributing to your spotting such as recently coming off of birth control, stress, overly trying to conceive, changes in a diet, rapid weight loss or weight gain, there are alot of things that this could be, your best bet is to just wait about a week and if you don't start your period go and get a home pregnancy test and take it using first morning urine, if that comes back negative wait a few more days even a week and take another if you are still getting a negative and you still have yet to start your period then I would make an appointment with your family doctor to set up a blood test to see if that comes back positive, and also have your doctor check you out to see if there is something eles that could be contributing to your spotting and/or possible missed period. Only time will tell for sure, but I did have implantation bleeding when I got pregnant.

I did with my first pregnancy and it only lasted about a day. It was pinkish!!! But I didn't get it with my second pregnancy.
