I feel that sex isn't a crucial part of life but is a blessing in a marriage. Sex is a great bond between two people who have dedicated their lives to one another. But if you are asking if sex is okay anytime and you need it, no. The only important is God in your life and without him nothing is good anymore.

it depends who you are, if you're a working woman and you need t get rid of stress, it's a very good way to do that (no Joke).
if you've got a man, he will always enjoy doing that and it's like a little treat for him.
it can also give you a lot of pleasure and unless you're a nun, i think you'd be missing outif you never had any.
