Did you find him on TV, as a toy, or in a magazine because those are the only places you could have seen a mouse like that. If you are saying you seen a real one doing that, go see your doctor and tell him what you saw.

Could it be a toy? If it is real keep it, it can provide entertainment for you. We once had a mouse that climbed our Christmas tree and walked across our presents it was very entertaining until we caught him in the trap.

if it's a male mouse, take it shopping so that he can where some more manly clothes, if it's a girl mouse, then ask her out to lunch, you can never have too many friends.
