Go to http://www.tirerack.com enter the dimensions you need and the driving conditions (all-season or winter-tires). You might find a better tire in the same price range that way. Also, Consumer Reports tested tires last year, so check your library for their "tire" issue in 2005.

The best place to buy tires for the lowest price is www.tirerack.com. I buy all my tires there. There are reviews from other drivers that rate the tires and you can compare one tire to another. Some of the ratings are for driving in snow, rain, cornering, tread wear, noise, etc... They'll even ship them to a nearby tire shop and all you have to do is drive there and pay for installations costs. It's the best deal out there!

Try craigslist in your area - I just purchased 4 new Kelley Springfield's for $100.00. Often people are cleaning out their garage of tires for vehicles they no longer own for one reason or another. Takes a little time but worth the effort

out of those 2 choices I would choose summit, but check out discount tire and see what they have.. then go to tirerack.com and check out the rating of the tires to see how they hold up.

If you located in the US, try Walmart. They usually have 'no names' that are actually made by the popular companies. You can also try Tirerack.com or discounttire.com
