On the penguin name in snow, help me send a different message. After typing in info and sending, it doesn't go

someone sent me the link and after you play it, there is a place to type your own message to be written in the snow and send to a friend. I have tried several times but it never goes through even though it says the message was sent. HELP!

Make sure you are typing your friend's email correctly.

yes i know , doesnt go through for me or my hubby either,,, i just had 2 forward the whole email..
