At every serious company that I have worked for thats grounds for immediate termination. Its tuesday, so you were drunk monday night... bad idea.

Before work Suggestion: call in sick, sleep it off, go to work sober
At work suggestion: leave work, go to a gym, work it off hard, consider dropping in at your primary care physician and having a chat, dr-patient privilege and all
Long-term Suggestion: dont drink during the week. Thats what friday and Saturday are for.

They have an injection that you might be able to get at a clinic that will knock out your drunk with a single shot. They have "antidotes" for most drug highs, but the EMT/Paramedic/Nurse types dont like dealing with enraged patients who lost they $2000 crack high from a $10 shot.

You can take activated carbon capsules, and it will reduce your BAC, pulling alcohol out of your blood through your stomach & small intestine using osmotic pressure.

You will know you are an addict if you are incapable of stopping yourself from drinking for at least 21 days. If you cant get off the sauce and stay off it for 21 days in a row, you are an addict, get help. Once you are a slave, the slavery only grows. If you are an addict, get help, good qualified help. Consider an outpatient program, an inpatient program, or AA.

Life has this way of throwing addicts into places where they have to be noble and endure the pain, or sell their soul, and the addiction screams sell your soul. When life throws you that, you are going to be an addict, or not, and if you are an addict you will not be able to not act like an addict.

Take this seriously. If you were working for me I would fire you on the spot for being drunk at work. I hope to God that your company doesnt trust you for anything business critical. I also hope you arent working around dangerous equipment, or dealing with human lives.

Still buzzin? Not much is gonna help you, sorry! since the alcohol is already absorbed into your system there isn't much you can do short of going to the hospital and asking for a banana bag - lots of potassium and electrolytes in there that'll sober you up!
